Returns and Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. The goods must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
Within Finland you must use Finnish Post office Customer return address card with number 605503 and send the return to: Mia-Tuote Oy, Yliopistonkatu 58 B, 33100 Tampere. Customer return address cards are available in post offices.
You must include in the package following information:
- Your contact information: name, address and phone number or email address
- copy of order confirmation
- reason for returning the purchase (ie. wrong size, etc.)
- what you want to do (ie. change for other size, retuning the product, etc.)
After we have received the returns we will credit your bank account after we have finalized the return. Within Finland the return cost are free, if you have followed our terms of return.
Returns from abroad are accepted, but postal costs are charged from customer. With returns from abroad always contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org before sending goods back to get more detailed information about returns.
Problems with shipping or with faulty items
If a product has gone missing during the delivery, or the product is different from what is ordered, please contact out customer service immediately, and latest within 14 days on email@example.com.
Customer must read terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order a customer will accept the terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Finnish Law and industry custom and practice, and the Finnish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claims or disputes arising there from.
